At Monaci we give prominence to breakfast and we are careful about what we propose to our guests from the beginning of the morning.
Our Eco-Bio identity is revealed by the elements of our breakfast buffet: homemade biscuits, pastries, cakes, fresh-baked bread done by our chefs in the brick oven, homemade jams, cold cuts of the Nebrodi area, Sicilian cheese, dairy, goat and sheep cheese, organic eggs (scrambled and hard boiled), the best honey of Zafferana, fruits and vegetables of our estate and organic unpasteurized juices.
At Monaci a great part of our resources is invested for a top quality and refined breakfast, for our products to be the best of the territory in terms of quality.
The setting is in line with the quality of the food: it is served in the old wine press during winter or outside on a terrace under the pines, overlooking the estate and the Mediterranean Sea, during summer.
Breakfast is served from 8 to 10 a.m.
