This is an organic breakfast, thoughtfully curated and consciously chosen. Ingredients come fresh from the estate: honey from our bees, eggs from our hens, carefully selected cheeses and cured meats, fruits and vegetables harvested that very morning. Nothing is packaged — every table reflects the season, the day, and the labor of the land.
You sit beneath the pines or beside the vineyard rows — and that’s all you need. The air is crisp. You hear birdsong, distant footsteps, and the soft murmur of nature.
